BRM® Follow Up (Online)
Service Description
These 30-minute follow-up sessions are designed to build on your initial BRM® Assessment and support ongoing changes in how your body moves, stabilises and adapts during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Each session is tailored to you and guided by what was identified in your assessment. We focus on targeted exercises, movement strategies and body awareness practices that support your specific needs, whether that’s improving pelvic stability, optimising breathing and pressure management, addressing discomfort, supporting recovery after birth, or preparing your body more effectively for birth. As your body changes through pregnancy and into the postnatal period, its demands and priorities shift. These sessions allow your plan to evolve with you, adapting exercises and focus areas to reflect where you are and how your body is responding at that time. You’ll also have space to check in, ask questions and develop a clearer understanding of how and why particular movements support both birth preparation and postnatal recovery. The aim is not just to follow instructions, but to feel more confident, informed and connected to your body. Follow-up sessions are available once you’ve completed a Pre/Postnatal Body Assessment, as part of a package.
















Cancellation Policy
For 1:1 appointments, if you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by logging into your account on www.therelaxedmamaclub.com or using the Relaxed Mama Club app. Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours beforehand will not be charged. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged at 50% of the total cost. For course, workshop and retreat bookings, if you need to cancel, you can do so by logging into your account on www.therelaxedmamaclub.com or using the Relaxed Mama Club app. Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours beforehand will not be charged. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged at 50% of the total cost.
