I offer a range of yoga classes specifically for mums-to-be, new mums, toddlers and kids, as well as regular yoga.
I also provide 1:1 tuition in person and on Zoom.
Pregnancy Yoga
Gently stretch and relax to help alleviate pregnancy aches and pains and prepare your body for birth.

Mama & Baby Yoga
Gently reconnect with your body post-baby. A focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, with movement and massage for baby.

Little Ones Yoga
Fun, story-based sessions for little ones aged 2 - 4. A great mix of movement and meditation.
