Pregnancy Yoga
Small group yoga sessions suitable for mums-to-be from12 weeks pregnant right up until birth. As a highly qualified and experienced prenatal yoga specialist, I will guide you through a safe and gentle practice that will support your body during pregnancy, and prepare you for birth and postnatal recovery. All of my classes incorporate elements of gentle hatha yoga, hypnobirthing relaxation and Body Ready Method® biomechanics-based birth preparation.

Mama & Baby Yoga
Small group postnatal yoga sessions where baby is welcome to come and join in the fun! Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (8-10 weeks post c-section) or whenever you feel ready to begin integrating gentle movement. Sessions are informal, supportive and aimed at gently restoring core and pelvic floor strength after birth. Everything can be adapted to ensure you are practicing safely wherever you are on your recovery journey, and sessions are very much baby-led!
