Sometimes birth doesn’t go exactly as we imagined, and that’s okay.
Whether your birth was smooth, challenging, or somewhere in between, it’s normal to feel a mix of emotions afterwards. A birth debrief is a safe, reflective space to process your experience, release lingering tension, and reclaim a sense of calm and clarity.
What You’ll Receive

A 90-minute one-to-one session (online or in-person) with Louise, a Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing Practitioner (babies are welcome to join you)

A supportive, non-judgmental environment to tell your birth story and explore your emotions.

Gentle guidance to reframe challenging experiences, celebrate your strengths, and reduce lingering guilt or anxiety.

Practical tools and techniques for emotional regulation, coping, and reflection.

Optional: a 30-minute follow-up session to check in, deepen insights, and explore any further reflections.
