As you approach the end of pregnancy, things can start to feel… intense.
Your body may feel heavy and uncomfortable.
You might be wondering when labour will begin.
You may have questions about baby’s position, or simply want reassurance that everything is moving in the right direction.
This final stretch can bring excitement, impatience, and sometimes a little anxiety too. The End of Pregnancy Reset is a calm, nurturing space to pause, reconnect with your body, and help create the best possible conditions for birth to unfold.
Whether you’re feeling completely well but want a moment of calm before labour, or you have a few questions about baby’s position or engagement, this session is designed to support you.

Who this session is for...
This session is suitable from 37 weeks of pregnancy onwards.
You might book if:
• you’re feeling uncomfortable in the final weeks
• you're feeling the pressure of an induction looming, but would like to avoid one if you can
• you’ve been told baby is breech or in a less optimal position
• you’re hoping to support your body in preparation for labour
• you’d simply love a calm, supportive experience before meeting your baby
Many women also book this session simply as a beautiful moment of rest and preparation before birth.
What happens during the session...
This is a 90 minute private session, completely tailored to you and your baby.
We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about how you’re feeling physically and emotionally, and any questions or concerns you may have.
From there the session may include:
• a gentle biomechanics-informed assessment of how your body and pelvis are functioning
• simple movements or positions to help create space in the pelvis
• targeted releases to support comfort and balance in the body
• guidance on helpful resting and movement positions for the final weeks
• a hypnobirthing relaxation to calm the nervous system and connect with your baby
• optional aromatherapy to enhance the experience
Everything is gentle and supportive, designed to work with your body rather than force anything to happen. Many women leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more confident as they approach birth.
A calm space before birth...
Sessions take place in my peaceful home studio, where I create a warm and relaxing environment for you to fully unwind.
Think soft lighting, comfortable cushions, calming scents and time to truly slow down. This is your opportunity to take a breath, tune into your body, and prepare mentally and physically for the arrival of your baby.

After your session...
You’ll leave with a few simple suggestions you can continue at home in the final days or weeks before birth.
You’ll also receive a short guided relaxation audio to listen to whenever you need a moment of calm before labour begins.
