Pregnancy Yoga
Tuesdays 6.30–7.45pm | Neston Wellness Studio | 4-week blocks | Starting 7th April
Suitable from 12 weeks right up until birth, Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle, supportive space to move, breathe and connect.
Each 75 minute class weaves together:

Gentle stretching to ease common pregnancy aches

Simple strengthening to support your changing body

Breathwork and deep relaxation

Practical tools from Hypnobirthing and Body Ready Method®
You’ll build confidence in your body’s ability to grow and birth your baby, while also giving yourself permission to slow down. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to keep up. Just intentional movement, calm guidance, and a room full of women walking the same path.
Classes are booked in 4-week blocks to allow you to settle in, feel the benefits build, and create connection with the other mums-to-be.
Mama & Baby Yoga
Thursdays 10–11am | Neston Wellness Studio | Starting 9th April
Pay as you go or book a 4-week block (block booking offers a small saving)
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (10 weeks after caesarean birth) until your baby is crawling, Mama & Baby Yoga is a gentle, welcoming class where your recovery matters just as much as your baby’s development.
Each session includes:

Gentle postnatal yoga to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor

Soft stretching to ease feeding and carrying aches

Relaxation to calm a busy nervous system

Baby yoga and simple baby massage for bonding and confidence

Time to chat and connect with other mums
Babies can feed, sleep, wriggle or cry. You can pause whenever you need. There is no “perfect” way to do this. After class, you’re invited to stay for tea and coffee in the clubhouse (because sometimes the conversation afterwards is just as important as the class.)
