Service Description

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (10 weeks after caesarean birth) until your baby is crawling, Mama & Baby Yoga is a gentle, welcoming class where your recovery matters just as much as your baby’s development. Each session includes: * Gentle postnatal yoga to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor * Soft stretching to ease feeding and carrying aches * Relaxation to calm a busy nervous system * Baby yoga and simple baby massage for bonding and confidence * Time to chat and connect with other mums Babies can feed, sleep, wriggle or cry. You can pause whenever you need. There is no “perfect” way to do this. After class, you’re invited to stay for tea and coffee in the clubhouse (because sometimes the conversation afterwards is just as important as the class.)

Cancellation Policy

PAYG class booking opens 1 week before class, if spaces are available. Priority is always given to block bookings. I don't offer refunds for cancelled bookings, but if you message me I will try to move your booking to the next week if space is available.
