Your coaching package is tailored to your specific needs, and so will look different for every woman! As a specialist fertility, pre and postnatal yoga instructor, hypnobirthing practitioner and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, I can offer a range of services designed to support you on your journey in whichever way you feel you need.

You can start coaching at any point on your journey - from pre-conception, well into motherhood!
As part of my coaching packages, you can pick and choose which elements you wish to include. Some women choose just yoga, some just hypnotherapy, and some a combination of everything. And you don't have to decide up front - sometimes what you need might evolve as you progress on your parenthood journey, and we will constantly review your needs and ensure you're getting the most out of your coaching.​​
As beautiful as it is, the journey into motherhood can be a worrying and stressful time. Some of us find the big life changes involved in starting or expanding our family to be a source of anxiety. Some discover that in finding their identity as a parent, they often lose themselves. Others may find that their relationship with their partner has suffered during those early years of parenthood or the journey to conception.

Burnout, overwhelm, sensory overload, mum guilt, the constant pressure to be a 'supermum'... if you feel or have experienced any of these things, know that you're not alone.

In my capacity as a cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapist, I can work with you to address any problems you may be experiencing. Using a combination of cognitive-behavioural approaches, mindfulness and hypnosis, I can help you to set realistic goals and achieve them. I believe that although at times many of us find ourselves merely surviving those early years, we all have the capacity to truly thrive.
In my capacity as a yoga instructor, I can help guide you through a practice that will support you at whichever stage of the journey you're on. As a Fertility yoga specialist, I can support you in building a practice that aligns with your natural or IVF cycle​​, nurturing your body and balancing your hormones.

As a Prenatal yoga instructor I can help you to feel more comfortable in your pregnant body, alleviating common pregnancy symptoms such as back and hip discomfort. I can also help you to build a practice that prepares your body for a quick and comfortable birth, and an easier postnatal recovery.

And as a Postnatal yoga instructor I can work with you to gently rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, with baby-friendly practices that can promote bonding while you heal.
Hypnobirthing is a combination of practical antenatal education and hypnotherapy, designed to educate and empower ​​you for an amazing birth experience. I offer a full 9-hour birth preparation course that we can work through in our coaching sessions (your partner can join in on these too!) or you can choose to just incorporate elements of hypnobirthing into your other sessions.
We start off with a free no-obligation discovery call, where we can chat through what you'd like to get out of coaching, and decide whether it's right for you.

Then, if you wish to go ahead, simply choose the coaching package that suits you, and book in your sessions to suit. There's no contract to sign, and you're free to change or cancel your package at any time, with one month's notice.
