Service Description

This class is run through Movement & Bloom - to book a space, please visit www.movementandbloom.co.uk A small group class ideal for mamas-to-be in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Sessions are the perfect mix of gentle movement, stretching and relaxation - focused on alleviating pregnancy symptoms and preparing the mind and body for birth. Yoga is a lovely way to help you unwind and connect with your baby, whilst I will be drawing on hypnobirthing techniques to help you prepare for your baby's birth in a calm and empowered way.
