Service Description

This 4 week course is aimed at new mums who are roughly 6-12 weeks postpartum, looking to gently begin reconnecting with their body after baby. A combination of relaxation, breathwork and gentle stretching will help you to unwind and ease out tension, whilst beginning to gently regain core and pelvic floor strength. The sessions are very laid back, with babies welcome, and offer a safe and supportive space for new mums to share and connect.
