Cancellation Policy

For 1:1 appointments, if you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by logging into your account on www.therelaxedmamaclub.com or using the Relaxed Mama Club app. Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours beforehand will not be charged. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged at 50% of the total cost. For course, workshop and retreat bookings, if you need to cancel, you can do so by logging into your account on www.therelaxedmamaclub.com or using the Relaxed Mama Club app. Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours beforehand will not be charged.
