Service Description

Treat yourself or a mum-to-be you know to an afternoon of self-care and relaxation. This 3 hour mini retreat is based in the gorgeous Noubalm Pacific Road, and includes a pregnancy yoga session, light lunch, hypnobirthing taster session and guided relaxation. Guests will also receive a goody bag of Noubalm products and vouchers. Suitable for all mums-to-be in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
