This class is bookable through Movement & Bloom - www.movementandbloom.co.uk A relaxed yoga class aimed at mums and their babies aged 6 weeks up to crawling. A mix of gentle stretching and strengthening for mum, targeting the core and pelvic floor, and movement and massage for baby, helping with brain development and body awareness. A lovely way to help bonding and meet new mum friends.
