Here's where you can find some of the things used in our classes, so you can continue the relaxation at home! A big part of the Hypnobirthing guided relaxations we use in class is creating positive triggers that can be used to quickly bring about a sense of calm. I have carefully chosen each element of our sessions, from the music, to the pillow sprays used on the cushions and blankets, so that you can bring those same relaxation cues into your home practice and birth space.
