A gentle yoga practice is an excellent way to rebuild your strength and reconnect with your body after birth. However, it is strongly advised that any physical activity should wait until after you have received the all-clear from your doctor. This will usually happen at your 6 week postpartum checkup, but can take a little longer in the case of C-Section and other assisted births.
