Hi Mamas! I'm Louise - a college lecturer, yoga teacher, hypnobirthing practitioner and mum to two little girls - Audrey and Martha. I've been teaching for almost 10 years, but it was only when I was pregnant with Audrey that I decided to train to become a specialist pre- and postnatal yoga teacher. I absolutely love working with mums-to-be, new mums and little ones - it's the best job in the world, being a new mum myself!
After my daughter was born I completed my Hypnobirthing training with KGHypnobirthing, having had a really positive experience myself and wanting to share that with other mums-to-be and their partners.
I'm really passionate about maternal mental health - there is so much pressure and anxiety surrounding the journey into motherhood and I wanted to do something that would equip mamas with the tools to help them to manage this - that's where the idea for The Relaxed Mama Club came from.
The Relaxed Mama Club is all about cultivating a positive attitude towards birth, creating calm, confident and empowered mamas-to-be. It's about supporting positive mental wellbeing on the journey into motherhood and beyond, and creating a community of like-minded mums who support and lift each other up.
I've brought together a range of services designed to do just this, including yoga, hypnobirthing and retreats aimed at mamas at all stages of their motherhood journeys.
